Centraldesk is a web application that supports Resident Halls and their desk staff across campus. It allows desk staff to log and track package distribution, participate on discussion boards, check-in students, manage desk inventory, and more. Centraldesk utilized by every Resident Hall on campus, making it our most widely used app.
UREC (University Recreation Events and Conferences) houses participation counts, information and regulation of UREC employees, and the submitting of reports utilized by other departments.
Our Housing Reports serve as a data warehouse for multiple offices across campuses, to keep track of resident numbers and demographics, as well as room information.
The Damage Form is for the storage of damages to resident halls and rooms by students.
Waitlist is our web application that allows students to change their room.
